Meet your guide after breakfast for a day of fun exploring his gorgeous city.

Admire the city views from the top of Santa Justa Lift, and take a ride on the historic Gloria cable car – this bright yellow funicular is one of Lisbon’s most photographed images.

Visit one of the most symbolic buildings in the city, Lisbon Cathedral, and riverfront getaway Baixa with Rossio and Commerce Square.

The delicious highlight of the tour will be a pastel de nata tasting, a delicious custard tart and Portugal’s most famous pastry.

In the evening, we have prepared a special program for you - so put on your party wear and head over to Casa de Linhares. Immerse yourself in the world of traditional Fado music show, Portugal’s version of the blues, as you dine on a delicious Portuguese dinner.

Set off on an exciting journey to one of Portugal's most beautiful destinations, Sintra. Famous for its magnificent palaces, mansions, lush 10th-century gardens and unique ambience, you're in for a treat - especially when you visit the fairytale Pena Palace.

Once back in Lisbon, we will pop into the Belem Quarter, which is definitely a bucket-list material. We shall visit the magnificent UNESCO-listed Jerónimos Monastery, the ancient Belem Tower, and the Monument of the Discoveries, dedicated to the memory of the greatest Portuguese discoverers.

On our drive to Porto, we will have a couple of hours’ stop in Coimbra - once the medieval capital of the country, and the perfect place for stretching your legs to get those steps in. Get to know the city as your leader guides you through the alleys and squares of the Old Quarter, with the real star of the day being a visit to Coimbra University – one of the oldest and most prestigious in the world. We will then continue on our drive to Porto.

Going out to eat is one of Portugal’s great pleasures, so head out in search of a local taberna, sampling the local culinary scene exploding with regional flavour.

Set off on a tour of Porto, starting at the city centre, considered one of the oldest in Europe and UNESCO-listed. Walk through the city’s twisting alleys, crisscrossing staircases and baroque churches, admiring Porto Cathedral and Sao Bento along the way and visiting San Francisco Church. We will visit the iconic Lello Bookshop, the oldest in Portugal, also famous for J.K. Rowling’s visits.

We shall end the afternoon on a high note - first taking a cruise along the Duoro River and then sampling exquisite Portuguese wines at the local wine cellar.

Today get ready to tour the greenest region of the country - Minho. It is considered the birthplace of Portugal and boasts an incomparable cultural heritage and amazing landscapes.

We will start off with a lovely cruise across Lake Lucerne to Alpnachstad, where you'll board the steepest cogwheel railway in the We will visit the two most beautiful towns, the first being the ancient city of Braga, where you listen to the fascinating stories walking through 11th century Braga Cathedral and admire the impressive Sanctuary of Bom Jesus. We shall then visit the cradle of Portugal - the medieval city of Guimaraes, walk its UNESCO-listed Old Town and explore the splendid Palace of the Dukes and legendary Guimaraes Castle.
