VIP Schengen Visa appointments at VFS Global are guaranteed within 7 working days*.
All customers must complete the Pre-Assessment Form after purchasing their holiday package.
Visa processing times by VFS vary by nationality and may take 15–30 working days, or longer in rare cases. Customers are responsible for selecting their travel dates. If visa processing by VFS exceeds the chosen travel dates, the customer may change their travel dates by paying an amendment fee as per the general T&Cs of Holiday Factory Premium. Holiday Factory Premium will assist in adjusting the travel dates upon request.
Depending on nationality, appointment timeline may vary and can take between 3 to 9 days.
Some nationalities require additional checks, which may extend visa processing to 35–45 days*
Schengen visas can be obtained through VFS Global using Holiday Factory travel documents.
EU and EEA citizens do not need a visa.

Nationals of certain countries may require additional checks. In such cases, travel dates can only be requested at least 1 month after the application date.
